What exactly are QC photos?
Pictures of the physical item you bought, taken at Sugargoo's warehouse after the seller delivers it. They let you see the real product before it travels.
What should I look at first?
The size label. A wrong size is the most frequent mistake and the easiest to resolve early. Then the colour, the logos and prints, the stitching or hardware, and finally the overall condition and any included accessories.
Do the photos prove the item is authentic?
No. They show what arrived; they are not a certificate of brand, material or origin from Sugargoo or from us.
The colour looks slightly off. Should I worry?
Warehouse lighting can change tones a little. A clearly different colour is worth raising; a small shade difference usually is not.
Something is wrong. What happens now?
Leave the item out of any parcel and contact Sugargoo support through the order, referring to the photo. What can be done, such as an exchange or a return to the seller, depends on the seller and Sugargoo's policies.
Can I see more detail?
Ask whether Sugargoo offers additional photos for your order and whether a fee applies.
When everything looks right, read shipping to Europe.
