We describe the process only; prices and delivery times depend on your parcel, line and destination.
When should I ship?
When the items you want to receive together have arrived and passed your QC check. Each parcel is a separate international payment.
Should I keep the original boxes?
They protect items but add volume, and carriers often charge for size as well as weight. Decide per item.
What address details are needed?
The full local format: name, street and house number, flat, postcode, city, country and a phone number couriers can use.
How do I choose a line?
Start by excluding lines that cannot carry your contents; batteries, liquids, powders and magnets are common restrictions. Then compare tracking and the quote among those left.
What happens after I pay?
You get a parcel number and tracking. Updates can pause during handovers between carriers and while customs processes the parcel.
Will I pay anything on arrival?
Goods entering the EU from outside are generally subject to import VAT, and duties or handling fees can apply depending on the goods. Your national customs authority explains the rules.
