Where do I start?
With a product link. Browse our categories or best finds, then use the Sugargoo button on the product page. If you already have a marketplace URL from somewhere else, paste it into the link converter. Sugargoo item pages are opened from the full marketplace address, so copy the whole URL.
What should I check on the Sugargoo page?
All seller photos, the exact option names for size and colour, the size chart in centimetres and the current price. Our prices are reference figures from the last catalog check; Sugargoo's page is what counts.
How do I pick a size?
Measure a similar garment you own while it lies flat and compare it with the chart. Letter sizes are often smaller than European ones, so numbers are more reliable than labels.
What if two options look the same?
Choose the one whose photo matches and add a short order note saying exactly what you want.
Does it matter which marketplace the item is from?
Very little for you. Weidian is made up of small shops, Taobao and Tmall are large consumer marketplaces, and 1688 is wholesale, where you should check for minimum quantities.
What does my first payment cover?
The item and the seller's delivery to Sugargoo's warehouse. Shipping abroad is a later, separate payment.
