Why does the converter say "Unsupported"?
It only builds Sugargoo's own link format from a recognisable Weidian, Taobao, Tmall or 1688 product URL, and it never guesses. Shop pages, search results, image links and short share links without an item identifier are reported as unsupported.
How do I get the full URL?
Open the share link in a browser, let the product page load, and copy the address from the bar. Paste only the URL, not the message around it.
What should a product URL contain?
An itemID for Weidian, an id for Taobao or Tmall, or an /offer/number.html path for 1688.
The item is on this site but Sugargoo can't open it. Why?
The seller probably changed or removed the listing after our last catalog refresh. Use Alternatives on the product page, or browse best finds for something similar.
Sugargoo opens the item but shows nothing. Now what?
Give it a moment and refresh; it may still be fetching the listing. If that fails, send the original marketplace URL to Sugargoo support.
Why is Sugargoo stricter about the full address?
Sugargoo builds its product page from the complete marketplace URL rather than from a single item number. If part of the address is lost while copying, for example when a chat app trims it, the resulting page may not find the listing. Copying from the browser bar avoids that.
